Hi and welcome to this week’s web design video blog. Today we’re looking at the popular Firefox extension – Firebug. If you haven’t heard of Firebug, it’s a powerful, free extension that gives web developers easy access to analysis, debugging and performance tools.

In the latest video above, we have updated an older video on Firebug, allowing us to check out the latest version 1.7 – that has been updated for the recent release of Firefox 4. Installing Firebug is easy and most importantly, free.  Simply open Firefox and log onto getfirebug.com

If you’re a web designer or developer, we guarantee that once you start using Firebug, it will inevitably become a popular tool in your web design arsenal. Thank you for watching this week, next week we are going to show you how to embed flash with a transparent background on your website. Have a great Easter.
