With so many of us now accessing our favourite websites from our mobiles, it seems ridiculous for us not to consider not only how our website design will look, but also how it will function, when being accessed on the go.

It’s only really since this recent insurgence of mobile devices that aspects such as page load times and cross-device compatibility have come to the forefront of our design and usability considerations.

Google have made their intentions clear with their continued push to encourage designers to ensure that they are using mobile friendly technologies, with their push for better page load routines, and performance enhancing solutions.
